Born in Diyarbakır in 1983, Dr. Mehmet Mehdi Deniz started his education at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 2002 and graduated in 2008. He specialised in General Surgery at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital between 2009-2014. Between 2014-2017, he served his patients at Bayrampaşa State Hospital. Since 2017, he has been serving his patients in the private sector. From August 2023, he started to serve in Aktif International Bahçelievler Hospital.

Dr Mehdi Deniz has been interested in obesity and diabetes surgery for more than 11 years. He has more than 4000 experience in obesity and metabolic surgery.
